What is Family Therapy?

Family therapy seeks to help families understand each other, work through difficult phases/situations, address generational trauma or harmful family patterns and create a better-functioning family unit. Family therapy is for all family types and for family members of all ages.

What is Parent Support? 

Parent Support is a therapeutic approach that helps parents and caregivers develop skills and strategies to manage behavioural challenges, support their child’s development, and strengthen attachment and connection with their child.

Extended Sessions are available to provide additional time should you wish.

Session Fee starts at $175.

 

We also have individual therapy is for children and adults ages 5 and up.
